We have developed a concept for the extension of Next Mall, focused on improving functionality, appearance, and visitor flow. The two-story addition will bring a modern, refreshed identity to the complex. A new shared entrance will connect the mall and the Ice City entertainment park, enhancing accessibility and visibility. The extension will also feature a vibrant food court and new retail spaces arranged around a bright, open gallery with high ceilings and natural light. Materials and finishes will reflect modern trends while staying consistent with the existing mall. The design aims to create a more connected and welcoming destination.
